Once these products leave our facility, returns pose health risks and regulatory challenges.
We’ve designed this policy to protect you while staying compliant.

What You Can Return (And What You Can’t)

✅ Eligible for Refund/Replacement

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Damaged items (e.g., broken seals, leaks) reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Incorrect orders shipped due to our error

❌ Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement

  • Opened or used products (steroids, HGH, peptides, etc.)
  • Perishable items requiring cold storage (e.g., certain peptides)
  • Custom-compounded products made specifically for your order
  • Products affected by improper storage (e.g., heat exposure)

How Returns Work for Steroids & Weight Loss Products

Step 1: Contact Us ASAP

Email sales@trtmusclegrowththerapy.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.

Step 2: Get Approval

We’ll review your request within 48 hours.
Approved returns get a prepaid shipping label if the error was ours.

Step 3: Send It Back

Ship unopened/damaged items in their original packaging.
We inspect returns upon arrival.

Step 4: Refund or Replace

Refunds hit your account within 5-10 business days.
Replacements ship immediately for verified issues.

Special Rules for Pharma Grade Steroids & Injectables

  • No returns on opened injectables (sterility cannot be guaranteed)
  • No refunds for PCT kits once the seal is broken
  • Cold-chain items (e.g., certain peptides) are non-returnable due to storage risks1

Weight Loss Product Returns


Our fat loss supplements follow the same guidelines as steroids:

  • Unopened bottles: Eligible within 7 days
  • Opened bottles: Non-refundable (hygiene reasons)
  • Perishable items: Strict no-return policy1

Refund Methods

  • PayPal: Refunded to original payment method
  • Cryptocurrency: Converted to store credit
  • Store credit: Issued instantly for discretionary cases
